Change Heating Systems

A basic furnace system includes a burner, where oil or gas (natural or propane) is delivered and burned; a heat exchanger, where the heat from the burning gas is transferred to the air distribution system; ductwork to transfer the heated air throughout the home, and a flue or vent pipe, to exhaust outside the byproducts of combustion (such as water vapor and carbon dioxide).

Heating Systems

LaChance HVAC, Heating Air Conditioning & Ventilation, Heating Systems, Massachusetts, ConnecticutOil Heating Systems – Whether you have forced hot air with a furnace or forced hot water with a boiler, today’s technological innovations have developed more efficient, lower-cost systems to heat your home with oil.

Gas Heating Systems – Gas-powered furnaces allow for quiet, efficient heat management in your home. We recommend these products for their longstanding quality and reliability.

Hydro-Air Systems – A boiler heats water that warms air which travels through ducting, distributing the air throughout your home and raising relative humidity levels to a more healthy range for you and your family.

Geothermal Systems – This environmentally responsible option taps the constant temperatures of the earth below the frost line to generate energy to heat and cool your home. A heat pump and loop installation beneath and outside your home draws on nature’s renewable energy while using little electricity to operate.

Duct Fabrications – Sheet metal fabrication of ducting, plenums, enclosures and other air distribution systems. LaChance Heating & AC undertakes this service to ensure a quality product for your project.

Cool More Efficiently

Central Air UnitsDucted Air Conditioning – Cool air generated from an external condenser travels through a home’s ducts as part of an existing or newly installed forced air system.

Ductless Air Conditioning – This is a quieter air conditioning system option, where wall units draw cool air from an outside condenser into the home.

Improve Air Quality

Kitchen Ventilation Systems – No kitchen renovation plan is complete without a ventilation system included. Cooking fumes and smoke should be vented outside for optimal indoor air quality. Talk to us about incorporating ventilation into your remodeling plans.

Indoor Air Quality – Perfect for those who suffer from allergies, these systems filter out pollen and other irritants from indoor environments.

Humidification Systems – New England homes suffer from long, dry winters. Improve your health and extend the life of your furniture and other belongings by increasing the relative humidity in your home.

Dehumidification Systems – Some homes experience excess humidity and potential mold build up. Call us to discuss the most appropriate approach for your home’s humidity issues.
